IBHELE CARRIERS is a 100% black-owned business. We operate nationally with head offices in Durban. We have a Level 1 BEE rating and endeavor to maintain this rating. We are a reputable, ethically, and professionally run business. Our good reputation and excellent service have led the company to continuously grow and improve and increase our range of products and services. We have declared ourselves a learning organization and continually benchmark ourselves against reputable players in the industry within and outside the country.
We have invested considerable resources to equip our offices in order to render an efficient service to our clients and to be competitive in the industry. We are committed to continually improving our systems as and when necessary.
To become the premier transportation and logistics provider in
Southern Africa by providing the utmost proficiency and
value-added services to our customers. We intend to operate
a professionally managed organisation across the supply
chain. We will continue to successfully run our transportation
and logistic services that consistently meet our customers’
expectations while seeking growth in the foreseeable future.
Promoting and maintaining high service levels is crucial to the
company’s vision and mission of becoming a Global player. We believe
that integrity is the cornerstone of any business operation. This coupled
with excellent customer service and honest communication with
regards to all aspects of administration and transport operations. Our
drivers and employees undergo continues training include Behaviour
Based Safety and comply to Road Transportation Act. Our trucks are
24/7 under satellite tracking including our fatigue program to ensure
our drivers comply too times for stopping. We run a strict maintenance
schedule on our vehicles and trailers and replace every 3 years or
500000km what come first.
Our clientele range is from individual small
importers/exporters to large multinationals including
renowned freight forwarders.
